cancellation policy
Our massage appointment policy allows you to cancel or change your appointment free of charge up to 9 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 9 hours in advance will incur a charge of 50% of the full appointment cost. We appreciate your cooperation in notifying us if you are unable to attend.
If you need to change or reschedule your appointment please let us know at least 9 hours in advance.
