At Serenita Massage we specialise in massage and energy healing. We are a team of 5 holistic healers offering a diverse range of holistic therapies (bios coming soon!). Our mission is to treat the whole person; to leave you feeling renewed, rebalanced and stress-free. Experience pure relaxation; release pain, tension, and stress in the physical and emotional bodies; and feel completely rejuvenated.
In addition to massage and wellbeing services, we are here to support you through emotional and physical discomforts, and to help you deal with any emotional releases or discomforts that may arise after a treatment.
Sarita Rosa
Sarita graduated from the Naturaclass School of Massage and Natural Therapy, Spain, in 2016 as a Holistic Massage Therapist. she has since continued her studies in energetic healing and bodywork in Thailand, Mexico, Brazil and Costa Rica.
Sarita is certified in holistic massage; deep tissue massage; Thai massage; bamboo massage; pregnancy massage; facial acupressure massage; facial and body treatments; sound healing; and crystal healing.
Sarita founded Serenita Massage in Costa Rica in 2019 and since moving to Mexico in 2023 she decided to relocate the new studio to the magical town of Tepoztlán. Now in 2024, Sarita is expanding Serenita Massage with a new team of healers.
Sarita specialises in sound and energy healing, using different frequencies and vibrations to heal every cell of your being. It is a method of deep healing to help release emotional and energetic blockages, and to restore balance to both your physical and your emotional body.
With empathy, compassion, and an intuitive touch, Sarita helps people reconnect to their true self, and support not only physical healing, but a complete rejuvenation on an emotional and spiritual level as well. Her greatest joy and passion comes from inspiring and helping you to become the empowered, awakened, healthy and balanced individual that you wish to be. When the root cause can heal, the body can heal.
